Be sure to properly hydrate yourself. Try teas, broths, and plain water. Stay away from items that rob your body of moisture--like caffeine.

Also, buy a good quality tissue---no sense "saving" money with cheap scratchy abominations that will make your face raw and uncomfortable.

I hope that you get to feeling better soon.

If your throat hurts (according to the nurse I talked to this morning) gargling salt water is better than using a chloraseptic spray.

Tell us your symptoms?

You mentioned nausea/vomiting. Ginger is good for nausea. Non-carbonated sugar
solutions can help settle your stomach.

go to a doctor, or if your college (sounds like your a college person) has a free on campus thingy, go to them and see what they reccomend. I had to take Zithomax for five days straight. it worked. I'm better.

also. drink lots of water.

I drink straight tea when I have a cold. Caugh drops don't help your caugh, but they do help your nose. Benedryl helps with the sneezing. If you have a headache or something take an Excedrin or some naproxen. I like to take sudaphed to fix my nose but they say it's bad for you.
