Anyone here wish they were born the other gender?

You mean the other sex right?

I go by Male on WP because that's my preferred gender. I was born female, though I know I'm male on the inside. I wish I was born male. I'm even thinking of buying testosterone pills and taking them. People do get to choose if they have $40,000. I'm looking for work so I can afford the pills that I want. I do have features that hide my birth gender quite well. I feel blessed about that.

i dislike my gender and sex greatly. i prefer to say im gender queer and wish i had no sexual organs at all.

In any case, I've never wanted to be a woman -- I like being a man.

I could say to some degree, if I had the ability to know what I do now about life, in these times, I would love to be born female, as an asexual aspie who loves solitude, I would be filthy rich, within a year without ever touching another human being.

I think while I'm physically female, I'm mentally half male, half female. I like a lot of stuff that not many girls seem to like, but there is some boy stuff I'm not too keen on, and I can be girly at times.

In other words, I would say overall I'm three quarters female and fairly happy with it. I'd rather not have a male body.

I like my gender now, though there where times when I was younger when I wanted to be the other gender-a male

Even if being biologically a female posses some disadvantages like lack of physical power and seeing blood each moth :/ ...
and even if there are lot of social norms which restrict women and construct their identity in a certain way...
I like and appreciate my body as it is even if it's not 100% full of female attributes

biologically being a female or a male is different from believing you are a man or a woman.. society messes things up pretty bad when imposing certain social patterns for each biological gender:/

When I was younger I thought I was a boy.

But I didn't wish to be one, I just thought I was one.

No one even told me that I wasn't a boy. How weird.

I did when I was much younger. Everything I wanted to achieve seemingly was only allowed for boys to be.
It was culturally induced though and when I moved country when I was 17 I sort of grew out of it after that.

I like being who I am and I have fought very hard against societies oppression of my gender/sex (not using that long description that seems probably better but much harder to pronounce)

but I do have to admit - my life would have been easier had I been the other (at least there is more respect and I could have earned far more money and other things)

I don't mind my current gender.

Both mentally and physically I'm about 65% male and 35% female. I've had a number of occasions where one thought I was female until they heard my voice. Some areas of my life would have been much easier if I was born female.

With my Asperger's, I would never be able to deal with the cattiness of certain women. Thus, the answer is no.

I'm a male who tends to act effeminately sometimes, and my voice is such that people often mistake me for a woman over the phone, but I'm fine with my biological sex.
