Ball pits

First, a disclaimer: The title of this thread is NOT a double entendre. It's in reference to those pools filled with hollow multi-colored plastic balls we all used to play at some point in our kiddie years. With that said.......

Aah, ball pits. I remember playing in those; I have video of myself in my Kindergarten class back in late 1992 playing in one of those things at the now-defunct Discovery Zone. I sometimes wish they could have ball pits for adults...... bring out the kid in us, even though those years for me now are now ancient history........ good times.

I love ball pits. The primary school I went to had one (it was in a sensory room type thing) and if you were good or on other odd occasions you could play in it. I'd quite like one in my house, you could get a giant paddling pool and buy lots of the balls and fill it up.

I don't like them. Too many crumbs at the bottom and the balls were covered in some kids snot or something. Not hygienic.

I liked them, and you could always find stuff at the bottom (like money) if you dug around hard enough

I liked ball pits too, and like you, E2LA, I loved playing in them whenever I went to Discovery Zone...Either that or Chuck E Cheese, I can't remember which it was. What I didn't really like about them where the other kids jumping around and kicking me in the face, and getting their drool and snot all over the place.

That's why a private ball pit would rock.

I would get in one and have fun if there weren't any other kids to deal with.

It was pretty creepy, man.
Everyone should have their own ball pit. This would save the world.
