Seems random I know . . . maybe it's because I can't sleep that I tell me secret wish to be a tree.

It's hard to explain, but I just do. Stretching my roots underneath wet earth, feeling ants and bugs and moles burrow under and around me. Be a home to woodland creatures. To live to hundreds of years old and see many eras and ages of time just . . . wilt away. *sigh*

If only life were that simple or that grand.

Or maybe, I'm just a fruit cake . . . .

I have thought about this. Simply to be there, to watch everything pass, and not have to worry about trying to change your environment. to be a tree would be to be at peace to sleep and think

No; what's the use of living 3000 years without even knowing it?

well I don't think about being a literal tree, but what if a tree could think? Not that they can, but pretending they can.

Becca: I, myself, have often wished to be a tree; for similar reasons ^_^

I love trees, sitting under them. It makes me feel strong and calm, like a tree. While I'm there, I think; this tree was here before I was born, and will be here when I've gone, yet it doesn't worry about anything, it just lives. Trees are brilliant!

I wish I was a tree. I wouldn't be pushed to fit into society. I would be at peace to enjoy my life. I feel that trees have it easy.

A tree in my town got poisoned to death by the local council.
I'd hate to be that tree

No thanks, I don't fancy having my trunk peed on, my limbs hacksawed off and kids climbing all over me with their muddy feet.

Strange you say that. When I get really overwhelmed (very, very dark)
I go north to a forest. Hug a tree. Literally. Just love them. Grounds me.
I do think I'd get pissed after a while being a tree.
Could I be an Ent instead? Orc stompin bad ass hows this for wood kind of tree?

Could I be a spooky tree that talks and tries to scare people?
