I think I need to learn how a righty like me is supposed to brush my teeth without hurting or tiring out my arms.

You don't need to use a lot of force to clean your teeth. Your bristles will last longer if you brush gently, too.

Gently, very gently.

Hold your toothbrush horizontally and gently brush away from the gums in vertical strokes.
Harsh brushing can damage gums. It's a gentle flicking action not scrubbing.
Take a full 2-3 mins and work your way around your mouth doing both the inner and outer sides of the teeth.
Your arms shouldn't get tired.
