Do you like any? I watch many - my favorite ones are Polish, such as Difficult Matters, Why Me, Hidden Truth, School of Life (the last one is a new one). Each of those tells a different story that concerns one's life and its problems, tragedies that one day touched a person, damaging their life. To show you what I mean, let me present some of those (names I gave to the characters are English, aren't real but made up by me). Like:
Georgina and Ivy are a lesbian couple and George is their gay friend. They want to be parents and in result Ivy gets pregnant with twins by him.
Laura gets teased by her classmates who created a website showing her as a slut by posting her photoshopped photo presenting her head on a naked body of a strange woman.
Tanner is told by his dying mother her husband - a simple-minded, agressive drunk - isn't his real father. He throws him out after hearing this from him; the boy finds Charlie, his father, a wealthy businessman, whose wife Cindy doesn't accept him and does everything to get rid of him.
Mary and Steve, a religious marriage couple can't have children in the natural way and Steve doesn't accept the in-vitro fertilization method, nevertheless in spite of his being so pious and stuff, he cheats on her with Leah, their neighbor, who gets pregnant.
And so on. You get what I mean.
I love, above all, the Hospital TV show - also a Polish one. It presents two patients in every episode; each of them has their own health problem.
Something like (the names are also made up by myself):
Tiffany's parents are divorced but the twelve year old does everything to make her parents be together again. Using her dad's medical textbooks, she fakes an illness so as they got worried. At the same tme Jason, a teenage boy is in the same hospital - he suffers from weird attacks. The doctors can't find any reason for those and have no idea why the boy gets really agressive when seeing water or hearing it flowing. They have no idea a couple of weeks ago the teen got bitten by a bat in a bat cave.
