mine are mild. When I cross my ankles sometimes it bothers me, or when my feet touch the ground, or if two of my fingers met while I'm trying to sleep, it would wake me up. My clothes bother me a bit, hate shoes and clinging clothes. the sun is too bright, any kind of noise is too loud. my fingernails feel like there's orange peel at the ends when they start growing, but still too short to cut without hurting. when there's a grain of sand in my sandals - it's painful. even though the grain cant be seen with the naked eye, and i have to fish for it with my sensitive fingers.

I am very sensitive to noise and sound. I get massive headaches if I stay in a loud place for too long and I never play my iPod loud enough that you can hear what song it is (how can those people do that?!?!?!?!?).

I also don't like clingy or tight clothes. I like being able to move freely in my clothing.

Mostly, sound and light----but, I have a problem with my pants' ("trousers", to Brits) waistband, and have to tuck it in; and, coconut----I don't wanna see it, smell it, taste it, or talk about it.

i can't stand having anything constricting my neck even lightly.

no buttoning the top button for me. no ties.

i can take loud noise as long as it's not hindering anything (like trying to speak to someone) but that goes for everybody i suppose.

i HATE HATE HATE static.

Noise. Audio or visual. Especially when cluttered, or coming from multiple directions at once.

Light and sound. Crowds too. Parties and theaters are things that I don't enjoy. Shopping malls are okay if I can keep moving or duck into a quiet store. Classrooms are difficult, which is why I would try to duck out soon after roll was taken, and after receiving the day's assignments. I also need the bedroom to be completely dark and silent before I can fall asleep. When the guys at work start grinding and banging on things, I have to practically barricade myself in my office to get any work done.

Hiking though the forests and mountains is where I am most at peace.

I am very sensitive to loud noises. I tend to dislike the sounds of balloons popping, fire alarms, yelling, barking dogs, and gunshots.

I am also sensitive to taste. Most bitter foods, such as onions, tend to make me gag, and I also dislike the taste of alcohol.

Sound
I am really sensitive to constant noises such as electric device hums. They piss me off and cause headache.
I have also trouble with human voices. If there is 2 or more voice sources around (for example someone speaks to me when TV is turned on) I won't be able to understand any unless I focus really hard.

Touch
I can't wear clothes with tags, socks with elastics etc. I constantly feel them.
Deep pressure calms me. I sit with a heavy blanket on my back whenever I have a chance and I can't fall asleep if my bedding is not heavy enough. After a stressy day I have to put additional blankets on my bedding to fall asleep.

Temperature
I am always cold. When other people wear t-shirts I am still in my sweater. I find it comfortable to sit by a hot heater even if the day is warm.
When I actually feel warm (such as when I run too much) I feel sick. It's like my inner body is hot but the skin is still cold.

Visual
Strong light hurts my eyes. I hate winter - the snow mixed with sun makes me nearly blind. And its ugly to.
Moving stuffs hypnotize me.

Smell
Strong smells such as perfume or cigarette makes me unable to breath.

- I do not like haircutting ("scratching" hair is "awful")
- I quite strongly disliked putting throat spatula to my mouth
- I was "pretty" ticklish
- I dislike injections and similar "needlings", even after my 18th birthday I could react in "childish, immature" way before being "needled", which was not pleasant to my mother
- I may have too sensitive scalp because I do not like hairdo making so much
- my face may be too sensitive - I could have problems with washing it
- during showers water may easy become too hot or too cold, which is really unpleasant
- I did not like being hugged by grandmother when I was younger
- "dry" clothes are not so pleasant, but I have not problems with tags
- I do not like crowds in public communication vehicles
- I do not like sound of a motorbike which moves fast; sudden, loud sounds may be frightening for me (but (rather) not painful)
- odor of fried mushrooms was somewhat "unbearable" for me
- I do not like mayonnaise and canned meat, they may be slighly "repulsive"
- I dislike small things in tomato soup (such as pieces of meat), so I tend to "sieve" them
- I almost could not look at the light (small lamp?) during visit at the doctor last year but I am (rather) not hypersensitive to light
- I have poor physical strength and endurance (maybe it is some sort of sensory issues?)
- I like fidgeting and quite often walk "without purpose" (is it hyperkinetic behavior, sign of hyperactivity, result of anxiety, "soft" stimming or some sort of sensory issues - maybe with proprioception or in vestibular area?)
