I can sit through an entire movie or a sporting event--and that's quite an accomplishment

i can's sit still at all, maybe max about 10 minutes at a time. I don't like movies, and I don't like staying at home. I often leave just to walk around stores.

Unless I am truly focused on somethign that I like to do...than I can make it 1/2 hour.

An infinite period of time.

It can get to the point where people worry I've gone and died.

In school I sit and stare at something in class for the entire period class then do the same thing in the next class.

Not long at all. First my feet start tapping, then my legs start bouncing, then I'm out of my chair like a racehorse out of the starting box, lol. I'm never still, I have a kind of restless energy all the time. Even as I'm typing this I'm swinging my chair from side to side.

Ha. My wife used to check my pulse some of the times. I'd just be staring out the window.

Why would you sit in an uncomfortable chair?

When I am reading, I can sit forever. I can also sit for a long time when watching a favorite movie.

2 hours perhaps, 3 hours being my absolute max. I always have feelings of restlessness and have the need to move about.
