I'm making this tonight in the crock pot, and it's so easy. I thought I'd type it out here. You can make this if you can't even boil water or fry an egg.

Get about two pounds of beef tips or beef stew meat and wash it and put it in the crockpot. Add one can Campbells Golden Mushroom soup and one soup can of water. Put in one small can of mushroom ends and pieces or of whole or sliced mushrooms, whichever you prefer. Add one envelope of Lipton's onion soup mix. Stir this up. Turn the crock pot on high, put the lid on and cook it for about 6 hours, stirring about every hour. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.

Easy and quick.
