Is anyone else going out for it?

For the unitiated (or for people outside the UK), Mad Friday is the last Friday before Christmas, and thus the last day for many people at work before Christmas, so they all go out and get absolutely sloshed.

I'm stopping at home with a box of IPAs, stouts, a Belgian beer and a couple of bottles of mild. That should do for me.

The Belgian beer was disgusting, the mild was OK (but it's a weak mild) and I've just had a pumpkin ale from Brooklyn Brewery.
