I would set it 213 million years from now, on a randomly chosen day. It would be called "Humans have now existed as long as the frog did before humanity appeared day."

I don't know how we'd celebrate, because I don't know how hard it would be to make a party hat which can fit on a Matrioshka Brain.

It would be called "Get off my ass for one day!" and can be any floating Monday or Friday at the user's choosing to get that long needed three day weekend in those long periods between holiday seasons.
