I prefer sleeping during the day and working at night, probably because it's more quiet, less people around, so probably less stress in a way. But that's just a theory.

What about everyone else? Do you prefer to be up and about during the day or night?

I am a day person. In fact, I can be a morning person a lot of the time, too

I prefer the day because I am phobic of the dark and also I have seasonal affective disorder, so I need my sunshine!

I do wish that there were far fewer people around during the day though. It would be great if they all slept during the day!

I like the night time.... (generally) it is cooler in temperature and quieter .... ie. less people around, and being in a big city there are things (some shops) that are still open at night.

I like the day time to

Night-time, because of the lights and their contrast to the blackness of everything else. This is tripled if it's just rained!

I love that too. But I also love the way the world changes at night. I dont know why but I feel more free at night. There are less people to judge me i guess.

Definitely night.
I hate daytime because of the sun and the noise.. It's quiet and dark at night. I wish I could stay up all night and sleep all day, but unfortunately I can't. I like the stars as well and sometimes you can see a fox or something outside.

Night. It's more quiet that than the day. I've tried a lot of times to adjust my sleep schedule so that I can be awake at night the most and during the day when I need to be for classes or work. I can usually focus better at night and can get more done. And It's usually cooler in the night and I like the cold more than heat.

Hard question.

I guess I generally bahave as if I would prefer night, as I avoid (sleep through) a lot of the day.

However, at the end of the day (groan), you have to admit that it gets hard not to bump into things at night.

So, mainly due to my dislike of tripping over things, I have to vote...

Day.
