Today I learned something new about myself. . .I not Superman or the Incredible Hulk. I tried moving a boat trailer by myself.
No biggie pulling it when the wheels are on the ground. But tipping it on its side to clear the side of a house and a wood pile. Wrong move. As soon I I began to lift one end. . ."pop pop pop pop pop" from my shoulder and arm. Oh yeah, we're talkin' major pain right now.

I found out I do not have super self-healing powers either at my age I have constant pain here and there from various injuries.

I thinking getting a stockpile of tramadol for me and my 20 year old dog.

I can honestly say that I have never broken a bone in my life.

I have to. It's my boat that goes on that trailer and there's so much more work to be done.

And don't worry, it only hurts when I type, move it back and forth, raise it above my head, stretch it out, etc.

I have ice on it now, later will put something hot where it hurts.

What? You haven't experienced the joy of a broken bone?

Look at it this way. You'd receive so much sympathy and possible pampering. LOL It's good that you don't know that kind of physical pain.

I think Quatermass and TheMidnightJudge might have just jinxed themselves. ;)

I guess we can add LostInSpace's name to that list, too.

I've never broken a bone either, but I had a ruptured appendix- that was pretty painful!

I've never had a broken bone. But a torn meniscus for over 3 months before surgery. It's great now though. Best my knee has felt since before I was 16 (15 years ago). :P

eat more bananas. Potassium or something is supposed to be good for that.

Whiteskunk, bummer about that. Hope it heals quickly.

What type of boat?

I have 4 - duck boat, fishing boat, sailing boat, and a canadian canoe I modified that I call a boat. I need a bigger fishing boat.
