I'm silently observing the proceedings with a stealth thermoptic camouflage, as part of my role as a QCIC officer. And resisting the urge to poke someone and make them jump. (Cos if I do, that's contempt of court)

I'll pretend that I can't, although I also don't want to sit next to him (on other side of him).

I've been staring at the judges hammer (wonder if it's called a hammer. probably not. wonder if anybody has ever been struck with that particular hammer? i doubt it, it's probably been in a courtroom somewhere or other ever since it was made. wonder where the trees to make it came from? probably somewhere in the amazon. there are lots of trees there. but there are lots of trees in alot of other places too) and stopped listening to the proceedings. Hope nothing important was said.
