They're touted as improving your brain health. Well something has gone seriously wrong for me. I started off with a score of 260 at Cognifit(ave for a 60 year old is around 400) and now, after the 10th training session ,I'm down to 222. That's a drop of 38 or 14.6%.
It's actually made me feel quite down, and I doubt something that does that is healthy for your brain .

On a downward trajectory. Started on 260. 10th trial 222. Just done 11th trial 195. Rapidly getting worse. That's a drop of 65 or 25% from my start score.

See little point in carrying on with it.
