how do i control the fight-or-flight thing when anxious?

people with severe social phobia, any ideas/techniques you follow (if they seem silly) to overcome/stop this from
happening?(without meds). btw the breathing thing never works for me.





most things on the internet is scam "myths" just like in this video:

they all claim they will teach you how to control it, and what they do is only explaining what is going on inside your body when you are anxious "they r not even good at that". nothing helpful so far.

I'm not yet sure what to answer because I'm not sure what I do - obviously something is happening since it is not as severe as before, but I just can't see what it is that I'm doing. Maybe in a while the answer will become apparent.

it's sad and pathetic how i for hours keep listening to those binaural beats for anxiety, and because im desperate i say "it works" and deep down i say: "give the placebo effect a chance". no thing seems to work :D

i meant "even if" they seem silly. sorry, sometimes i forget things + i type quickly.
