what do you wear too sleep in i wear jammys, do you wear jammys, a pullup, a diaper ot just your clothes

I wear the cloths I wore inside during the day if I don't take a shower & when I do I put on cloths I'll wear inside the next day which are a tShirt & shorts.

In the summer; nothing. In the winter; up to four layers of clothing.
I have neither air conditioning or heating.

T-shirt and pullup in the summer. The same plus longjohns and socks in the winter.

Pyjamas all year round. In summer, I sleep on top of the duvet so I can still wear pyjamas! Also, I wear socks in bed all year round because I get muscle spasms in my legs otherwise.

Underwear. I have pajamas, but for some reason it feels like I'm wearing a blanket. So I don't do it often unless I'm sleeping over somewhere.
