Here are some of mine.

- You absentmindedly make up and draw a villain character.

- Somehow you end up creating a bland pop song with a beat while you have a few minutes of class left, and end up getting the song you made up stuck in your head only to forget it later.

- Your notebook gets covered in doodles, here's an example:

(My Little Pony; Friendship Is Magic...don't judge me, blame boredom).

...Admittedly I drew the wings a bit too low, so there wasn't enough space to draw a cutie mark (a symbol that shows their talent) so that's why the wing to tail positioning is a bit off. Maybe if I have time at some point then I'll redraw it and fix that.

I watch a show on my phone.

I start making popping noises with my mouth.

I start forgetting things I usually can remember.

I start eating my own snot.

You know your bored when you spend your time on a dying forum posting in threads you couldn't care less about.

You use your new phone to watch cat videos on YouTube.

* You keep checking your emails to see if there are any new ones you can delete.

* You watch weird videos on YouTube, like blackheads or plaque being removed.

* You go on Facebook and read the comments on pages you've liked or groups you're in.

* You refresh news websites every two minutes, even though you don't really care that much about the news.

* You go to sleep because there's nothing better to do, and if you're asleep, you'll be able to watch your dreams.

So far, I have used my new phone to watch YouTube videos of:

Cats (definitely number one on the list)
Tennis tournaments and players
National anthems
Toastmasters speech contests
Russia
Spain
Uzbekistan (connected with tennis player Denis Istomin)
And of course, more CATS!

YouTube really has lots of fantastic things on it.

Just stay away from the bullcrap on it, and you will be fine.

Especially political bullcrap.

Whenever I go on social media my feed is just filled with cat videos and pictures, there's more cat related content than status updates on people's lives. I have mugs with cats on, pyjamas, an actual cat at home (I miss her sometimes, along with the rest of my family of course) a cat encyclopedia, a book filled with cat jokes, cat socks, toiletry bag with cats on, T-shirts, jumpers, scarves, figurines, cards with cats on them, t-towels with cats...obsessed cat lady? Me? Pft, nah. Can't prove anything

It's not an obsession it's just a long term interest/investment of time.

Other people will suggest you do things that will only *increase* your boredom.

You decide to go do something stupid, illegal and dangerous (especially if you're a teen).

You still feel bored even after being arrested for doing something stupid, illegal and dangerous.
