My sister calls me asshole-bergers
I find this funny,
I am indeed such an a**hole to my family, ooh gosh, I am an a**hole to everyone

just give me a shot and you'll see, be my friend!
I'm Megabitch!
My sister also calls me megabitch. Man I rip people to shreds
I think it's because I'm --------so uncomfortable,
EVERYTHING drives me nuts! and I can't get what I want,
why can't I ever get what I want..

My sister says that I'm the most spoiled human being in this galaxy
I'm spoiled!
8O 8O
Oh geez, I am spoiled, I'm rotten potatoes :(
My family caters to me and ALLLLLLLLL my eccentricities and YET!
I want MORE!)

My sister is my best friend
two weeks ago she said under breath "why did God have to give me such a terrible BIG Sister[

That is an immature thing to call somebody!

I'm sorry you're going through that with your family. I often felt like a failure as a big sister. I was nothing like what a good older sister should have been. The only time I had the advantage was academically. I was shorter, not as pretty and not as social as my younger sister. I must have been an embarrassment to her most of the time. I feel that, if I had been a more normal sister, she might still be alive today.

You wrote your location is Germany. I was born there and came to the U.S. at three years of age.

Sounds like typical Sibling rivalry , what would she do if someone else called you "asshole-bergers"

Oh noooooooooooooo 8O
I fear you may have mistaken my post.
it is an ode to my sister
I am not having it bad with my family at all. HA!
They are the only ones supporting me(financially, emotionally, every -ally) and keeping me afloat LITERALLY. It's me,
I am an a**hole, like I literally am.
And when I told her I have Aspergers the first time, she's never heard the word before, she didn't understand it and in her quest to say it she said finally. OH I know
You mean asperagus, .....ass burgers, ...oh no assholeburgers! and it cracked me HA! it's hilarious to me, cause it's true (for me)HA!
I'm just confessing it to see if others are at similar realization.
it's also a sign of her, my family's accepting that in me and not just saying I'm lazy, crazy, stupid, weird, foolish et al.

I have no friends so technically my mom and my sister are my best friends ( tho my sister has plenty of OTHERS!) so they see and get the brunt of me, and I am ALOT!
I put all my burdens and issues on them .

Also my sister is my neurotypical translator.

I would describe the events of the day and that I am feeling weird but I don't know why and she is able to dissect it and put words to my feelings and identify the problem and why the other person reacted or DIDn't react that way
she helps me with my executive functioning, she knows when to leave me alone
and why the other person reacted or didn't react a particular way

she's the only one that gets me and it's very stressing for her because she has her own life and I am the one who is supposed to teach her things and help her but it's mostly the other way around
You see,

And I don't feel like a failure
I just accept it and I don't take all the thing she says to heart
plus I TOO wish she had a better big sister, HA!
she deserves a lot better

Okay, I'm going to be blunt here. Have you ever stopped to think about what your sister might see in you that you aren't seeing? I'm sorry, but having Asperger's does not give a person a free pass for bad behavior.

I find this hilarious.
Maybe cos I'm borderline NT socially. Or maybe cos I'm British.
It's like a sarcy/banter/ironic thing.
So long as you're calling her something back/teasing her back otherwise it's unequal and mean. And you have to be careful on that stuff cos sometimes banter from Aspies can be a bit overwhelming.
And so long as she doesn't actually think you're an a**hole.

Yeah. Its a switcheroo thing. The title sounds like a complaint. But when you read the OP it turns out that she is praising her sister. And superficially it sounds like they have a healthy relationship. They do what Black American guys call "playing the dozens" (bonding by play insulting). But then, maybe it isn't so healthy. One thing is that it seems like its one sided. The sister does all of the insulting. And being an aspie is not a license to be entitled, or be an assbleep.

But at least she and her sister do interact. And she accepts the role of her younger sibling as her mentor which many folks couldn't handle. If it all works the two of them then I guess it works. Whatever.
