I like that song! I think it's about the persons attitude. She looks pretty like a rose but her attitude is terrible.

The girl's looks: Rose, which many think are pretty

Her attitude: The Poo Poo, which is bad.

Don't necessarily have to be a relationship it's just her overall character.
