I don't think it is. Especially in women.

It's the difference between handsome and pretty though, especially in men.

I prefer pretty myself so I don't prefer chiselled jawlines.

Chiseled jawlines basically just looks more masculine.

It's to do with body fat percentage in men, don't think it applies so much in ladies. If you want a stronger jawline then try and get leaner
