I need a new bed, I never bought a bed before, what the good place to get a bed?

Kitty, there is no substitute for going to a bed store and lying down on one until you find one that is comfy to your back. let your back tell you which one feels right to you.

And don't lie on it for two minutes... you need to try it out for a good amount of time. If the people at the bed store want your money, let them wait while you try it out.

It's the firmness of the mattress that's the main thing. Apart from personal preferences, if you are light you may want a softer bed, if you are heavy you may need a firmer bed.
You can also get mattress toppers... I bought a cheap one for our spare bed because our bedroom is getting decorated... it's like sleeping on a cloud!

and Kitty, consider saving some money by just getting a mattress without the box spring, get a taller bed platform to support the mattress. you can use the under-bed area that way as storage.

I cannot go to the store, I’m having trouble walking, I’m having problems cuz of what happened last year when I broke my ankle, my bones didn’t healed right, I think I need surgery I am being extra careful in walking, cuz I keep falling down in the past, I have a walker. And the store will have toooo much lighting, that will be a big problem & since it’s summer, summers are the very worst time to be out.

^^^you may not have gotten proper physical therapy. i'd ask for a re-do of that. can you use the store's electric carts? and in stores with their glaring bright fluorescent lighting, i usually wear sunglasses inside them.
