What does this mean?

My cousin was saying the other night “i am just as handsome as my father because I look just like him” then his brother said too him “that might be true however your dad has a different body too you”


What does he mean exactly by “have a different body”. I am a little confused by that?

I don't know. Is he thinner, fatter, taller or shorter? I am guessing he's older then you are though. But I don't know the answer.

Either it was some sort of humour or they look different (Their bodies) or both.
