I like Philadelphia cream cheese. Especially with bagels and smoked salmon.

Thanks! I ought to try that... if I look I can find all sorts of regional stuff primarily marketed for the NY/NJ/PA tristate region in Connecticut.

I wouldn't eat it any other way... it's a match made in heaven.

Philadelphia is probably "better"----but Temp Tee is easiest for me to spread on a bagel.

I enjoy cream cheese on toasted English muffins and bagels. It is quite satisfying, but comes in rather heavy in the fat content although there are light versions available. I do not purchase it very often because it usually goes bad before I can finish what I bought. I mainly eat by compulsion for a certain taste, but the compulsion often fades as quickly as it appears causing too much waste. Have learned to purchase only smallest amount of anything to minimize the waste.

I bought some Lender's bagels and Acme smoked salmon to eat with my Philadelphia cream cheese this weekend.

If you have leftover cream cheese you can make little cheesecakes in ramekins.

No.

As soon as you bite into a bagel topped with cream cheese your head will explode!
