Does anyone still have this number? I imagine that they would get lots of nuisance calls.

There is debate about whether the Jenny with that phone number that the song is about actually existed, or if the name and the phone number were made up for the song.

Phone companies no longer assign the number 867-5309 to people. In order for someone to get that number they would have to ask for it. Therefore if anyone has the phone number 867-5309 today they have that number intentionally.
