For Your Consideration : okay ,, is it time yet, to bring up aerosolized spraying of depleted biological warfare agents over big cities by US gov. and following up by watching hospital admissions ..to see how effective it is . Okay read about these things some years ago in a book concerning various operations used since WW2 to check effectiveness of certain biological warfare agents .. Now normally might not have given this much credit but .. This book cited a number of freedom of Information act citations dating from WW2 Official Records .. Much of it was not redacted . Book was published in the 1980s.
Was pretty incredible. So have been following some of the progression of this disease in my countries States . And Some of the places this has popped up at have little or no connection with general public and are many 100s of miles apart . First case in all of the state of Kansas, turns up in a elderly person living there ,in a nursing home and died. But none of the workers there turned up with it . This nursing
home was not located in a big city. Kansas is a pretty rural state , The State Next door, Missouri suddenly declares state of emergency prior to any infections showing up , in the biggest one of its cities . During the following days later suddenly 2 cases show up. Right [[[ AFTER ]]] the State of emergency is declared in that city by its major . ????????

A declared State of emergency gives gov. pretty broad ranging powers ... this needs to be researched .. It does mean civil rights can be suspended .
Need to know if this means martial law can be applied ? You cover yourself with a National emergency to do things , that might not be considered Normal for a Country . Need to find out if this means elections could be suspended?
This has been used in other countries to get more control over the population, might not normally be able to exercise ,using various excuses for enacting a state of emergency. For those whom do not remember history , history can repeat itself . Am Probably just being paranoid .........................
Or maybe this virus thing has caused me , just to be scared.
