Synesthesia - letters of the alphabet
Those of you with synesthesia who sees letters in colours, what colours are each letter of the alphabet to you? I can only see capital letters in colours for some reason. Here's what colours I see the letters in every time:-
A Red
B Green
C Black
D Blue
E Yellow
F Green
G Blue
H Yellow
I White
J White
K Yellow
L Yellow, sometimes white
M Red
N Pink
O Blue
P Purple, sometimes blue
Q Purple
R Green
S White
T Brown
U Brown, sometimes red
V Yellow
W Black
X Yellow
Y White
Z Black
I'm intrigued to know what other people's colours of letters are. Also words have colours too, usually either the same colour as the first letter or the vowel that has the most emphasis.
Synesthesia is weird.

I don't have synesthesia. But question;
If it's just only by capital letters...
How would it be if it's a word written in all small letters? Is it mainly with the 1st letter based on it's capital counterpart or it's different? ![]()
Also numbers.

Also numbers.
Usually words written in small letters don't image a colour in my mind. Although all words begin with a capital letter at the beginning of sentences, the only words that have colour in my mind are names of people and places, because those always begin with a capital letter.
Usually the whole name is the colour of the first letter, for example the name Rebecca is always green because the letter R is green. But sometimes a word can be the colour of another letter in the word, for example the name Lucy images brown or red in my mind even though the letter L is not brown or red. It seems that the U dictates the colour of this name instead.
Oh, and yes, numbers have colours too!
