that was from the Reno 911 movie...
I know a guy whose mom was high on crack, and she passed out on the bank of a canal, and an alligator ate her... they found the gator a week later with her undigested arm inside it, but they never found the rest of her...
moral of the story- stay away from canals when smoking crack

Yes I obtained that news footage from the historical documents in the documentary Reno 911 and uploaded it to youtube.
