If you and family/friends built a town, what would it be?

If you and family and friends founded a community or town what would it be like? What would you want to name? Do you want it to be incorporated or unincorporated?

I would like to found a town that is unincorporated and I would aim for it to grow to around 150k people max even though I probably will not see it get that much in my own lifetime.
