Pretty sure that’s the 176th street entrance to Hwy 1 about a 20min drive from me.. so they pitted him before he could go cause a massive accident on the Trans Canada Highway.

I haven’t read the back story but I’m guessing drugs/alcohol/theft were involved.

Entertaining little video clip, anyways.

When I was a kid in the Sixties I would hear my relatives in Kansas talk about a crazy uncle who lost his driver's license in the Fifties...so he drove around town on a tractor.

But I doubt that this uncle ever took his tractor onto a limited access superhighway.
