Who judges themselves more than people judge you?

I have a real problem with this, and it's my downfall. Its like i've got a mini Simon Cowell in my head! I always have to prove myself to me, in every little thing I do. I can't take it forever.

I know exactly what you mean. My inner critic is relentlessly difficult to deal with and is my downfall as well. The hard part is trying to silence your self-criticisms, which I have yet to fully do.

not me. it all comes out the good & the bad. i dont really second guess myself anymore because then i'd just be miserable

I feel like this too. Evem when I say positive stuff about myself, I can't help but say in my head..."It's not true".
