Temptation With Popping Zits

How many on this message board have a thing about popping zits? You are with someone and you spot that big juicy zit just begging for your forefinger and thumb or you spot one on yourself and would do anything to reach around and give it just one big squeeeeeeeeeeeze.

I used to do that when I had acne.

I used to do this although only with my own face. The thought of popping someone elses zits repulses me to be truthful.

Ya, once when I had acne I decided since I wanted to look decent (like everyone else who had it back then) and took a rather uneque approach to it, i used a needle and very carefully popped it, so it was gone, no scar, nobody would ever know i had it, of course i onloy could do it to myself, never would i ever think of doin it for someone else...

I used to enjoy the poppable zits back when I had acne. Unfortunately I also got the kind that don't pop easily and only hurt worse after you attempt to squeeze them.

I've always done it. I would even hold off on a fledgling zit to let it ripen for a few days to really make it blow.

as a teen i had the perverse satisfaction of popping my zits and watching them hit the mirror so hard it actually went 'splat' upon contact.

on hindsight, it's really, really gross LOL

I did this as a kid and by the end I had a face that looked like the far side of the moon. I was well over thirty by the time the scars had healed.

I would never want to squeeze another's zits as I have an aversion to touching the skin of other people, but my own, yep...tho I hate those big, solid boil-like buggers that just cannot be squeezed without hellish pain.

Why do it? Because whiteheads look disgusting.. I remember having that problem too years ago. If they keep coming up just wash your face as much as possible and just try to keep yourself more clean.

Well I got folliculitis from this guy at martial arts, who also gave it to a couple of others. If you’ve seen white heads this is worse. It is red and bit painful and if you pop it still fills up with septic fluid and that is contagious. It took two weeks to get rid of it, had to take penicillin 4 times at day. Though of course I didn't because I can't remember to do anything four times a day.

Luckily I've never had much in the way of zits, but I had a hard time resisting fiddling with the scab on almost-healed little cuts and nicks. I can imagine my face looking like a lunar landscape if I had had a lot of zits...!

I don't have the temptation to, but my ex had the temptation to pop them on me, because she was, and still is, a silly girl, I kept telling her if she kept doing that it would make them worse, and it did on numerous occasions

I have a great many opportunities to pop zits, because I have so many on myself.

I wash my face a lot now though, so things are getting better.

Pop them with a pin or needle, squeeze them out, wash your face with something alcoholic like mouthwash.

Popping zits = fun.
