I need to play hooky tomorrow

I desperately need to play hooky from a class tomorrow for just this one time, but the only way I can get away with it without my grade taking a hit is if I get a note from the nurse's office.

This is not something I would normally do but the circumstances are exceptional this time. Can anyone give me any advice on how to convince the nurse that I am too sick to go to class? Faking her out won't be easy, I might actually have to make myself sick but how will I do that within the next few hours?

Here's what you do. In your mind visualize something so incredibly disgusting. Something that if you were to see it, would turn your stomach. And get some pre class wretching practice in without using your finger down the throat. That usually worked for me.

Cut your arm or something and go to the office, you might be able to stay there during the whole class. Hopefully you dont have a teacher like I did, who made me wait to go to the office when I was dripping blood from getting my hand smashed between two desks, and then she wanted me to clean up my blood before I left.
Anyway, I dont understand why you can just either skip the class or not go to school.

Well the circumstances are unusual, I'm in college and live within about 100 yards of the classroom, so unless I am either officially highly contagious or near bedridden I can't get away with that. The attendance policy is very strict in this class, and because there is something due tomorrow that required recording my voice that is a big grade but I couldn't figure out how to do it even though I spent several hours trying to figure out how to record my voice to the computer, the professor said it could be done but I'm not so sure it can be done on my model. The prof is out of town for 2 weeks so if I manage to be very "sick" tomorrow I might be able to get 2 weeks to find a way to pull it off. I was unable to track down anyone who could help me with the computer so unless I'm terribly sick tomorrow, I'm f****d. That's the simple version.

Maybe if I get up early, and get "food poisoning" from breakfast... the question is how to pull that off convincingly.

Oh, well theres your problem, going to college.
Well your probably different than me, but I got terrible grades in middle school and high school, I actually haven't technically graduated high school yet, even though I finished.
So, what is the point of going to college? What are the chances I will do any better there?
If college was free, I'd give it a shot, but thats not the f****n case is it?
Well as far as recording, you cant record your voice onto just any damn computer, I dont know how many computers come with a feature like that included, but most need a device for that. But for me, my mp3 player has a recorder on it.
Anyway, if I were you, I'd just show up anyway without the assignment done. But not doing any assignments or homework is how I failed everything.
If you were allergic to anything, I'd use it. To convincingly get food poisoning, eat under-cooked chicken. It doesn't taste terrible like raw chicken, but it will still have you puking.
