Why are Jews so mean to Aspies?

I tried talking to a few Jewish girls and immediatly they started saying racist stuff about me!
I don't know what I said to offend them. All I said was that their hair looked good...
I then tried telling this to their mother who told me to "shut up"!

Any ideas on why?

I then told them I was autistic and that I apologise if I said something in a mean way...they then started making fun of my autism! I was out shopping one time and I completely forgot about this... but now it kind of doesn't make sense...know what I mean?

So, you were shopping at the time?
I've noticed that some people have a problem with strangers who compliment them. Maybe you came on too strong or too unexpectedly.

I think the only relevance of religion in this matter is that they probably have strong family bonds and would be likely to respond as a group, whatever the response.

If you're expecting more/friendlier replies, you should remove the Jewish connection and change it to groupthink or something. Or just ditch the generalizations.

Not all Jewish people are like that. There are mean people of every race.

I've had similar experiences, well, an experience, except they've, uh, it, were, er was, much more violent. And not with Jews; with females with long, dark hair. Well, one of them, anyway. If I see one of them at the mall or something, I generally will walk up to them, her, get real close, grab a bit of their, her hair, smell it, and say, "Ahh... Lovely."

I did that exactly once; and the results were not pleasant; the girl started hitting me with her purse! And I was just trying to complement her! Based on this, I can only conclude that females with long, dark hair are generally mean to aspies. Why are girls with long dark hair so mean to aspies?

Do you mean Jewish in the religious sense? like the very strict sect(s).

I agree with other people that it is unwise to extrapolate a generalization on religious(?) people from a few isolated incidents, although its quite reasonable that your encounter(s) might prompt you to ask whether other aspies had similar experience(s) with same group.

What does race have to do with anything? Why can't people just be people? Were you approaching them in a manner that screamed "Hey you Jews!"?

Yep, not all Jews are like that. Some people are also scared of strangers but that doesn't explain the rude racist comments. They are the ones with the problem ie; being snobby.

Accusations of racism are premature at this stage.

'Jews' could be referring to a religious sect, not necessarily a racial group.

I'm locking this thread. It is against WP rules to make hateful comments about an ethnic group. I know some of you are being sarcastic, but we've got aspies here and misinterpretation happens frequently.

The original poster may repost his question in a less inflammatory manner if he still thinks he needs more help with this issue.
