Imagine yourself as a cow on a farm.
You've given birth to a calf.
The farmer takes your calf, slaughters him, and boils him in milk- your milk, the milk you gave the farmer.
How do you feel?

I'm in great pain.

I have trouble with empathy, so I can't imagine what it must feel like.

How would I know that the calf has been slaughtered and boiled?

What is happening to the cow at this very moment?

What are her living conditions?

What can she see of all this?

I've never heard of boiling beef in milk. I wonder where that is done.

I don't get this question. What meaning does it have for me to imagine I'm the cow whose calf is being boiled in the milk it was nursed on? Other then to put my stomach in knots...

Are you trying to tell us to keep Kosher (not mix meat and milk), or be Vegetarians? Or something else? I'm very curious why you posted this question.

Sounds like it to me. It's not working on me though. I love meat and dairy too much to give it up.

I can give neither birth nor milk; an answer to your question is a place I cannot get to from here. But the situation does sound vaguely... sick. I.e. typically human.

Besides; I cannot imagine myself as a cow on a farm; I am a predator, to the bone. I would simply kill the farmer and run free; or he would kill me, and I would still be free. Thus, I cannot even get to your question as you pose it.

My treasure has been taken away from me. I am alone again. I am suffering inside. I feel as if a valuable part of me has been taken away and I may never feel blissful and happy again. I am aching. So sad.
