Take away the fat goose liver and the truffles and I'd eat that.

Why is it that rich people eat all the nasty parts of the animal like the liver and the eggs?

Not my cuppa. I'm not very interested in Franch cuisine. Had snails once, tasted like bits of lobster. Never tried truffles.
