There was one time, well several times really that I used to get kinda sick with a headache. I found that if I just thought about sweet corn - specifically the endosperm, I'd start feeling better.

And there have been more than a few times where I just didn't feel very good like I was coming down with the flu or something. All I did was take a quick nap and I felt right as rain.

"When I was a child, I had a fever,
my hands felt like two balloons,
Now that I'm grown,
the fevers gone,
the child is grown,
I have become comfortably numb...."

I have an electric operated gate at my house and it only works if the remote controll is pointed directly at someone's temple - honest truth. Works like that with everyone else that i've tried it on.

When I wasn't feeling well, I found that my cats made me feel much better. Snuggling up with them was, and is, a great source of comfort.
