I eat cereal on a regular basis - the sweet kind, like frosted flakes or chocolate rice krispies, with whole milk.

But always as dessert. It's sweet enough to qualify as dessert instead of breakfast.

Lucky charms bought from selfridges [only place am can find them that isnt on the internet] last year at least.
Would have them every day if they were easy to get like regular cereal from a super market and not cost the imported price that they do from selfridges.
Used to have them every day back when they were made and sold here.

A casein/gluten free diet put the harsh on one of my joys of life, any whole grain cereal with skim milk. Why did everyone stop eating cereal two years and six months ago. Did all of the psychologists get a memo about C/G free the same week?

I bought and ate some corn flakes yesterday. Before that I don't think I had eaten cereal in over a year.

I like corn flakes, Chex or Rice Krispies, plain or barely-sweetened. I've never liked most sweet cereals.

I'm eating a bowl of Cookie Crisp with milk right now.

Yesterday, I ate a bowl of corn flakes with milk.

I think it's a daily habbit.

I have a few bowls every few months. I had my last bowl two days ago, it was Cocoa Pebbles. I used to have it daily, but it's too expensive now a days. Eggs are cheaper.

Picked "5 yrs."-not exactly sure, but it's been ages.

Never regularly ate cereal (as kid) bc. I like so few of the brands/styles of cereal. Occasionally I'd eat that Quaker natural granola (which was sweet & had chopped up dates that were okay-but I always removed the raisins), or Cookie Crisp (still had that mealy cereal-y flavor, rather than that of anything remotely resembling chocolate-or cookies). Liked something called "Crazy Cow" (chocolate, kinda' like Cocoa Puffs, I'm guessing-since I didn't try them but they look similar), but it disappeared from store shelves during my childhood.

As an adult, I tried a few newer ones: Honey Bunches of Oats and Cinnamon Toast Crunch-but couldn't stick with them, they'd lose their taste appeal before I finished the box. Cereal scrapes roof of my mouth & hurts (for hours or a day afterwards, too), so that's rather discouraging. Also, in past several years, my teeth have fallen apart & I can't eat hard/crunchy stuff anymore (and I loathe "soft" cereals, such as oatmeal or farina, cream of wheat, etc.). So much for cereal in my life.

I haven't eaten cereal in 6 months or so, I eat oat bran, nuts, and fruit cocktail for breakfast now.
