Who the heck is Francois Simon?

Now, I was watching a news article about Gordon "%$#@" Ramsay, and heard about this food critic called Francois Simon. There's actually a few, but I managed to wiki him on the French version of Wikipedia. But the article is pathetically short. Here's a Babelfished translation.

Now, apparently he's, well he doesn't show his mug on TV (he had his back to the camera for the interview) and he obviously has strong culinary opinions.

I find myself intrigued. He's like the culinary equivalent of L from Death Note, and in fact, I amused myself by comparing Ramsay to Kira.

Now, does anyone know anything else about this guy? He intrigues and interests me. Normally, I would have no interest in food critics, but the furtive and 'reclusive' nature of Francois Simon has piqued my interest.
