Basically it is implied that the toast is Extra Big and Pre-Oiled

Thick sliced and pre-buttered

Texas Size

When it's done (the lost bread, as we call it), you can add anything you like on it: ice, jam, etc.
Usually, at home, people do it with dry bread so it's not lost; it was created by poor people.

Yes we do have butter.

We make it from Cows milk.

Do you make yours from water?

Yes: warm sugared bread and cold ice on it when it's served in the plate.
Usually vanilla.
