I couldn't help it--- the computer was left on and programs were running. I get home and get on to use the computer. My BF's Myspace account is on. I get curious to see what he's doing on there and I go to the "inbox" and "sent" messages section ( this will allow me to see if he really reads the emails I send to him, as well). He wrote to this girl we both know and tells her she can move in with us since she is getting evicted from her place, and that I wouldn't mind and that he would just ask me later.
While I feel badly for her ( and would let her stay for a few days, since I'm not evil), I would NOT like to have anyone move in here--- we already have a roomate, plus 2 cats, 2 birds, a ferret and fish. There is no place to put someone, unless we pitch a tent in the yard or convert our living room into a bedroom. I do not like living with alot of people and there's plenty of people here now with 3.
I don't want him to know I read his stuff, but I want to let him know that the house has no vacancy and that I don't want anyone moving in. How can I do this?

30 minutes later: I came up with a plan-- i told him that some mutual friend heard from their friend who heard from their friend that we were taking in boarders. He believed that ( since i was on the phone, I didn't have to tell him this in person cuz I never could do it). My BF then says " Huh? I told one person, " Jen", that she could spend a few days with us if she needed until she found a place.". He then mentioned how people could talk and turn everything into something else.

Problem is, that was not what his email said. He specifically told her she could move in... and that I'd be fine with it ( as if my opinion does not matter). I am not happy about this, but telling him would alert him that I read his email without his permission. However, I feel that him telling people they could move in without MY permission is worse than what I did.
Also, I don't really want any other women living here--- it wouldn't make me feel secure knowing that a woman was living here with us.
What should I do? this requires much skill, which I do not have. ugghh.

Just tell him the truth, I am sure he would much rather hear that than hear a lie. I am sure he will understand. You could talk it over and try to come to an agreement as to what to do.

Best of luck.
