I know the ones on the Eastern time zone are closed, but I just called walmart, eckard, and medicinne shops from indiana to oregon and every single one said they were closed.

I'm in pain now. I need to know if I can take an ibuprofen today not tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas on where to call

Yaaaay!! !! and Nooooo!! !

I finally got ahold of a rite aid pharmacy in Roseburg, Oregon. A guy with a foreign accent told me it was safe to take ibuprofen with lamictal (so if you see an obituary for triangular_trees in the newspaper tomorrow you'll know who to blame :D )

The bad news is he said i should wait 2-3 hours after taking my lamictal to take ibuprofen. and I tried to put up with the pain so long today that by the time I reached this pharmacy there was only about 10 minutes until I needed to take my next dose. So I'll have to put up with my injured neck pain and carpal tunnel numbness for a bit while longer.

Hopefully I'll also be able to eat in 2 1/2 hours. I haven't felt like eating at all today - literally had to force myself to chew and swallow carrots. I'm hoping thats because I'm really tired and not because I'm getting the lamictal side effect of feeling overly full when you haven't eaten anything

*and come to think of it, I should have called Hawaii. I completely forgot about hawaii and alaska existing

Glad you found someone 'near' you!

If you ever need anything 24 hours a day, you can always call someplace in NYC, The City That Never Sleeps - whatever you want, there's a place that sells it, 24/7! :D

The ones in Walgreens are open 24/7.

Thank you, I'll keep that in mind. I guess living in a tiny pennsylvania ghost down I think all pharmacies close before 9 o'clock. It also means I don't know the names of all the major businesses. This is one of the "Go past the house that burned to the ground 10 years ago, then turn at the shop that used to have a front window, until you reach the house with a doberman. Then I'm just 4 streets over" kind of areas - and its bigger than my home town where you could say "meet me at the oak tree" and everyone in town knew just where you meant

I was afraid that the pharmacist would want to check my prescription before answering and then I'd have to say "I am calling from Pennsylvania"
