Why do people like to hate?

I've noticed that NTs love to hate people. There is always someone or some group being demonized or ostracized by the masses. What do you guys think about this?

I don't hate anyone and I find the emotion peculiarly vile.

^ Agreed. Hate is the cause of most if not all problems today. The media glamorizes some of this behavior in movies and music as well as the people saying we should hate those who are "different."

I know you can't love every single person but you shouldn't hate anyone either. We are all different in our own ways and it's high time everyone accepts that.

Apies can hate too and so can other people who have a mental illness or disability.

I don't think people have a value like a car or a watch. People can't be bought and sold.

if theres anyone i hate its mexicans, one of my stepdads was one and i lived briefly with one in a dorm. worst race on humanity besides the food, (not forced) and certain gemstones from mexico

Yes, they are different. Anger is an emotion that comes and goes. Hate is fairly constant.

Ironically this is exactly the thing I was talking about. Racist views are inherently hateful.
