Are they a scam or not?

They did feel wierd though. I occasionaly had a tingling feeling on my foot where the pad was when I didn't sleep wearing it. I didn't feel very different though, and they look like the same kind of 'after use' if you drop water on them. No, I put them on dry, of course. :| I just woke up with them being moist.

I don't know. Wierd idea to. Drawing crud and filth out through your foot of all places. The FOOT! I thought number 1 and 2 (you know what I mean :? ) were supposed to do that job for the body.

I have seen those advertised, if it looks like a scam, then it most likely is a scam. They look like their good for cleaning the bottom of your feet, hope you did pay to much for them, here's what I found out on them.

yes, they are a scam. Tested, they will change no matter what they are put on. (due to moisture if I remember correctly)
And you are correct, the body removes most unneeded things itself. Beside, would these things also remove beneficial chemicals in the body also? (if they really worked)

I saw one of their infomercials a while back, and they seem to be aimed at the elderly, like alot of these other snake oil cures.
