OK. This is a forum game. You think of a disorder (as perceived by NTs at least) and post a silly nonsense diagnosis that might just pass in the crazy 'psychological' world. For example, a (maybe exaggerated) Freudian diagnosis would fit.

For example:
Disorder = Sensory Overload (Vision)
Diagnosis = "You hate bright lights because they remind you of parties." <- OK, not a very good example but I can't think of anything good enough.

This disorder is called "Truth Color Dichromacy" because it causes the affected person to believe every lie they tell others is of white color, while every lie they're told by others is any color but white.

Individuals born with this disorder will, therefore, often lie through their teeth claiming it was a "white lie", while they accuse others of dishonesty every time they are lied to.

It is important to note that the syndrome can be acquired after birth too, through overexposure to society.

Treatment is possible, although it's very difficult to bring the subjects to understand the double color standard so ingrained in them.

Research continues being carried out, to discover the root of the disorder.

This disorder is called "Difference Aversion" and it causes the affected subject to attack and/or run for the woods when coming into contact with a human that does not behave as an exact copy of all other humans.

Reasearch is being carried out to get insight into this common though strange syndrome.

It is not clear whether the severe limitations caused by this disorder are genetic or acquired. However, individuals suffering from mental cowardice have been observed to be most at risk of developing the syndrome.
