it's big and firm but when you try to break it, nothing but clear fluid comes out?

And the next day it's even bigger and you squeeze it again thinking it's matured enough so that something substantial will come out but even more clear fluid comes out.

One's on my jaw line right now. Pain in my bum.

Mother f.... yes. I look like a teenager right now because I have 5 of them on my face like that. I don't even know where the bastards came from! I get them from time to time, but 5???! !! There are 2 on the left side of my forehead and 3 on the right, and they are all just as you describe. A big letdown for just some clear fluid and a bit of blood.

I'll let you guys in on my "top secret" method for those. Take a needle, and puncture the zit directly in the center before you try to pop it. It works about 95% of the time.

Bingo! I'm a puncturer/digger as well. There is definately a head/some puss under there somewhere and dammit if I have to tear my face apart, I'm going to find it!

Unfortunately the scab doesn't look much better than the zit Good thing I don't get many.
