I understand your worry and concern but to get answers, you may have have to take a chance. It may surprise you that being open and honest may be the most beneficial for your needs. It may be possible that your mom is worried about what you might think and you are worried about what she might think! I have found that uncomfortable communication is usually better than no communication.

Disclaimer- this its only my opinion and you need to decide what is best for you and your future- I am not a professional... :)

You know sometiems parents simply don't tell their children their diagnosis. My mom never told me my diagnosis until I learned it directly from my psychiatrist. Given how severe you are, I bet they DID diagnose you, and your mom simply is keeping it from you. You should ask your mom directly about it.

You said you are afraid that your mom finds out you have a problem. But if you ask your mom about your PAST diagostic history, she already knows it whetehr you ask her or not. So she won't ''find out'' anything new by simply hearing herself giving you the answer.

You also mentioned you have a therapist. This should indicate that you probably have diagnosis; otherwise they won't send you to therapy if you didn't.

Well, the ''tuesday'' you were referring to is long past. Did you ask your therapist about Asperger like you were plannign to? What did she say?

I'm a bit puzzled by how your "asperger's" has suddenly been getting worse. Sounds like you should consider prioritising this as a point to bring up with your therapist on your next visit.
