WTF?

I live in Canada - all it says on a Coke can here is "Coke".

You guys have custom coke cans or something down there?

I've started noticing bottles of Coca Cola with people's names on them around here recently, and I'm in Alberta. I saw it online months before it was a thing here, and I long assumed they were just custom bottles, but you can find them here. The one time I actually went and got a 591ml bottle of Coke recently (which is rare for me since I guzzle pop like a fish, and find 591ml bottles to be a waste of money compared to 2 litres), it was at a local burger joint and I didn't want one with a name on it, so I just grabbed one promoting the World Cup. :P

I doubt I will ever find one with my name on it in this country. Do you have an unusual name OP? Maybe you could call the Coca Cola bottling company and see if they even printed your name at all. Than you will know if it's worth looking for. If they did not make one with your name you won't find it. If you call and explain to them that you are Autistic and having meltdowns because you can't find your name on a bottle and you explain how important it is to you, maybe they will send you a free botle of Cola with your name on it to make you feel better.

I hate my name so don't want to really buy a coke with my name on it. But I would like to buy four cokes, one with my mum's name, my dad's name, my brother's name and my name, and then take a picture of all four (unopened) and post it on Facebook. I have seen others do that on Facebook. But I can't stand there searching for all four names in a shop because people keep coming up from behind me and wanting to get where I'm standing, and then I lose concentration and get irritable with people. I'd rather buy all four in one go, because if I buy them one by one it could be weeks til I get all four and I would be having to urge to drink them and throw the bottles away (I don't like empty bottles laying about).

- The original poster's tag line has James Hackett, so I am guessing he was looking for Jim or James.

- I agree with Sweetleaf, we need to be a bit more supportive of each other, meltdowns are part of autism.

- Suggest you try Sprecher's carbonated beverages, you won't care about Coke or Pepsi any more. Tasty! The grape soda uses real grape juice. The same for Raspberry, Orange, Blueberry. They also have a flavor that used to be called Red Raven but now is something like Cranberry-Cherry. Root beer and Ginger Too. Their Puma Cola doesn't do much for me, your results may vary. I found this brand in a restaurant outside of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, now Sprecher's has a restaurant right in downtown Lake Geneva. It is sometimes sold at Menard's, a Wisconsin-based home improvement center.
