Compression/squeeze tops?

It occurred to me recently that I really crave the sensation of being hugged or squeezed. I have a 20lb weighted blanket that I absolutely adore, but I've been thinking it'd be nice to have something similar for when I'm out and about. I know that compression tops are a thing, but I don't really know anything specific about them; what to look for, good places to get them, etc. Anyone have any advice to offer? FWIW, I need quite a large size (something in the 3X/26-28 range).

There is a product being sold called weighted vest. It is similar to a weighted blanket but in wearable design.

Go to any of the stores that deal in plus-size women's clothing and look for shapewear (that you can wear under your street clothes), or activewear (suitable to wear on the outside), specifically one that looks as if it fits snugly.

Bricks and mortar stores include Lane Bryant and Catherine's. Online, try Lane Bryant, Catherine's, and FullBeauty brands.

I have UnderArmour compression shirts. They come in pretty large sizes.
