Who else hates fireworks?

I hate them. They stink, they create noise pollution, environmental pollution, and they frighten animals. They're not that pretty. There are so many other pretty things for people to look at, but people simply want to create loud noises and pollution, and stick to their yearly rituals. Crazy

I really hated them when I was growing up. The sound was a big problem for me then. And goodness help you if you tried to give me one to hold or set off ! But, like a lot of my other sound sensory issues, they aren't as big of a deal for me as they used to be. Just like popping balloons - definitely still not my favorite thing, but at least I don't have to cover my ears and run out of the room like I did as a child. And I do think fireworks are very pretty.

I'm not afraid of fireworks. I hate how they sound, but I like watching them.

Used to enjoy them but dog V3 was terrified by them so haven't had any since. I didn't like seeing him in that state and it has stuck with me even though he's gone.

my brother has an extreme fear of fireworks. I tinhk alot of autistic people have a fear of fireworks. And Like think about it. Loud noises lots of people bright lights. Lots of problems for people who are hypersensitive.
